A Boba Bar Wedding Guests Line Up For

We roll a boba bar into your reception, your quinceañera or your shower. Guests build their own drink, watch the pearls drop in and take the photo. It is the part people talk about in the group chat after.

Where the boba bar goes in your timeline

Cocktail hour and late night are the two that work best. Cocktail hour gives guests something to hold during photos. Late night wakes the room back up before the send-off.

Two service hours are standard. Add an hour for $200 if you want it open from cocktail hour straight through the reception.

What your guests get to do

The photo moment

A wall of clear cups, colored pearls and a bobarista shaking in motion. Guests take the picture without being asked.

The late-night refresh

Hour four is when the dance floor thins out. Cold, sweet and caffeinated brings people back.

Your signature drink

Rename any drink on the menu after the two of you and we print it on the signage. Free for weddings.

The cocktail-free option

Guests who are not drinking get something as good as what everyone else is holding.

Do you offer a tasting?

Yes, and it is free for couples with a date in mind. We bring four drinks and the full topping set so you can taste sweetness levels before you commit to a menu. Almost nobody in Texas does this, and it is the fastest way to know if the drinks are actually good.

Tastings happen on weekdays in DFW. Ask for one on the quote form and we will schedule it.

Quinceañeras, showers and engagement parties

Same cart, same setup, smaller minimum pressure. For a quinceañera we match the drink colors to the dress and the court. For bridal and baby showers, the caffeine-free picks carry the whole menu if you need them to.

Minimum is 50 guests, and that works for most showers of forty or more.

Dates book out fast in spring and fall

Six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable. Peak wedding season, aim for three months.
